Very much liked but arm broke after about 5 months. But price was right so got anotherEasy to install (nothing required to install).We have a plastic surround and sticks great.Love that I do not get wet giving my kid's showers because the shower head is at their hight.It's only been on the wall for less than a week. Has not fallen off yet. My other one (a different style and brand) got removed to fix something and wouldn't go back on which lead me to purchase a new one.I like that it comes with the additional adhesive that could be used if needed or as an option.The suction pad didn't hold for more than a minute, and this holder is pretty light weight. I ended up attaching it to the wall with screws instead and it works great. When you bend it down, it stays in position. Holds shower head just fine, as long as it's a light weight one. Good buy!I couldn’t figure out how to install it but my husband did. I had thrown it out and he got it from the trash and was able to put into our glass shower.Overall works ok.Good suction on my tiled shower walls. After installation, I placed my shower head into the holder and discoverd no strength in the flexible hose. My shower head dropped and rested at an angle that was too far down. However, when I turned on the water to the shower head, the flexible hose was more adjustable and I was able to put it at an angle that was comfortable for use during my shower.I live in a very old house where the water pipe for the shower is flush against the wall. I changed out the showerhead with a handheld one, so I needed some thing to hold it overhead. If the flex arm was a little more bendable it would have been the perfect solution to my problem. Trying to put the showerhead in the correct overhead position causes it to fall out of the holder or breaks the suction. It works, just not as well as I would likeWe bought this due to ours being installed incorrectly. But this fixed it so no plumber had to be calledI've had this product in the shower for about a month or so now. I didn't use the adhesive just the suction. I have had no problems so far. It is holding up the handheld shower.I'm based in Australia, so I was hesitant to buy initially. This item does "what it says on the box". I have a very heavy shower head (2kgs) and it holds in place perfectly. Hasn't fallen off the tiles once. I had to buy two in separate orders because the quantity limit is 1 but it was totally worth it.
